Hi Everyone, today we will be doing a short yoga practice that will help you in managing high blood pressure. Hypertension or High bp is often termed as a silent killer since it has no obvious symptoms but if left unchecked can often lead to heart attack. Unhealthy lifestyle and stress are one of the main causes of hypertension. Yoga is a great way to relieve your stress and relax your mind & body. We will do a combination of yoga asanas and pranayams in today’s class. For this practice, you might need a couple of big pillows as props.
